Tetiana Ridosh
Artist Statement
I am a creative and dedicated artist with a passion for transforming emotions into captivating visual art.
My work combines modern techniques with a deep appreciation for natural textures. I specialize in creating layered, dimensional pieces that evoke depth and invite exploration with expertise in modeling paste, acrylics, epoxy resin and textured mediums.
I have always been passionate about helping others discover their inner creativity and connect deeply with their souls. This journey led me to develop my own Therapy Box, a unique art tool that empowers individuals to create their own textured art and make the process of creating both therapeutic and accessible.
I believe my work to empower and inspire other people. Art is not only about creating—it’s about connecting with oneself and the world around you.

Tetiana Ridosh was born in 1992 in the small Ukrainian town of Chyhyryn. Her creative journey began during her studies in Kyiv, where she first experimented with painting as a personal hobby.
In 2015, she moved to the United States and started a new life chapter. However, only later after the deep loss of her mother, Tatyana devoted herself completely to art. It became her sanctuary—a form of self-discovery and therapy during a time of immense grief.
What began as personal healing evolved into a deeper calling. Tetiana started sharing her artistic process through video content, capturing the attention of nearly 200,000 fans on social media. Her videos not only showcased her creative journey but also provided guidance and inspiration to others facing their own challenges.
Recognizing the positive transformative power of art, Tetiana developed her own Therapy Box, featuring her specially crafted textured paste. In addition to expressing herself through art, she found her goal to help other people to connect with their emotions and create unique art.
Therapy Boxes as an effective therapeutic tool have been met with great success, with thousands sold on platforms like Amazon, Etsy, and her personal website, and they’ve become a cherished resource for self-expression in creativity and psychological recovery and healing.
Since 2014, the artist has been taking part in art exhibitions, receiving positive feedback from both collectors and art critics.
